To register and maintain an account on GK9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4.1 Required Registration Information

4.2 KYC Document Requirements
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, GK9 requires completion of its Know Your Customer verification process. Accepted identity documents include: a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), a valid Malaysian passport, or an equivalent government-issued photo identification. GK9 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet account matching the registered name).
4.3 One Account Policy
Each Player is entitled to maintain only one GK9 account. Duplicate accounts detected by GK9's fraud detection systems — whether identified through matching personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address, or payment method — will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and may result in forfeiture of funds held therein.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
GK9 accepts deposits via the following locally integrated payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) is the equivalent of RM100 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing

All bets placed on the GK9 platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and Mix Parlay accumulators — are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections before submission.
6.2 Sports Betting
GK9 offers sports betting markets covering English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, NBA, UFC, and other competitions. All sports bets are subject to GK9's published sports betting rules, which address event cancellations, postponements, settlement disputes, and void bet criteria.
6.3 Mix Parlay Rules
Mix Parlay bets combining three or more selections are settled according to the combined decimal odds of all qualifying legs. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to event postponement), the voided leg's odds are treated as 1.00 (no effect on the parlay) and the remaining legs are settled normally.
6.4 Live In-Play Betting
In-play bets are accepted at GK9's discretion. GK9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during live Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled normally; bets in transit at the time of suspension may be voided at GK9's discretion.
6.5 RNG Game Fairness
All slot games, crash games, and digitally-dealt casino games on GK9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, welcome offers, cashback rewards, referral credits, and promotional incentives offered by GK9 are governed by individual promotional terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail for the specific offer in question.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
When a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted individual bet is RM250 per round or per single bet, unless a lower or higher limit is specified in the applicable promotional terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

9.1 GK9's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
GK9 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where GK9 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; the Player's continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
9.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure
Players may request closure of their GK9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

12.3 Complaints Escalation
If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct customer support engagement, the Player may request escalation to GK9's compliance team. All decisions issued at the compliance level are final and binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights the Player may hold under the laws of their jurisdiction.
12.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
